Can I give back the product in case I\\\'m not satisfied?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can give it back within 15 days, from the day of reception.
Inform your return by the e-mail gamarustica@netcabo.pt
You should:
• Indicate the products you want to return
• Specify the reasons
• Mention if you desire a similar product or the equivalent refund
• Invoice number
Put the product in the original pack without being used and send it to:

By transfer account or cheque, Gama Rústica commits to refund within 15 to 30 days. The refund covers only the product itself.
The transportation costs are not refunded.
