What are the general conditions to order on-line?
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Since we have self production, our offer is not limited to the existed stock.
If the ordered product is not available when requested, our company will work to get your order satisfied.
DELIVERY TERMS
The products will be delivered for a period of 30 days, once we receive your order. If by any chance is not possible to fulfill the mentioned term, you will be contacted.
PRICES
On the website, taxes are included in our price products. Delivery charges will appear on the order page. Each case is treated singularly.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Orders may be sent off or you can also pick them up in our store (this case with no additional costs).

UNPICKED ORDERS
If the products are not delivered in the address supplied, by any reason that goes beyond our responsibility, you must pick the order through the post office notice. Otherwise, such behaviour will be understood as the will of the contract resolution..
On the other hand, you have 15 days to pick the products on the store, once you order. Expired this term your order is canceled..
CONTRACT RESOLUTION
You have 14 days since the products reception. Delivery costs are not supported by us.
To acquire that right, you must send to our headquarters a registered letter with reception notice declaring your will to solve the contract, within 14 days.
The return of any product must join the money / invoice and Gama Rústica label placed on the product..
